As we gradually resume work and business activities, everyone has an important role to play to keep us safe from COVID-19. For businesses, it means developing and implementing a plan to protect your employees and customers. 

It is mandatory for all businesses in Singapore to put in place a safe management measures required by Ministry of Manpower (MOM), to provide a safe working environment and prevent transmission at workplace.

• Understand the requirements of Safe Management Measures to be implemented across general workplace settings
• Learning about the roles and responsibilities of Safe Management Officer (SMO)
• Developing Safe Management Monitoring Programme / Plan
• Implementation of effective and efficient Safe Management Measures at workplaces
• Conducting Inspection to identify non-compliance
• Remedying non-compliance: Immediate action should be taken to remedy any non-compliance found during the inspections and checks

This course is designed and aimed for top management, business owners, safe management officer, HR personnel and/or risk management team leaders and members who are looking for a practical approach to adopt safe management measures in their organisation.

This course does not have any pre-requisite units for entry.

• Participants will need to complete a three-hour live training. and assessment at the end of the course. 
• Participants will be required to achieve at least 80% of total marks in the assessment.
• An electronic Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of the online assessment.
